KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Social Media & Influence Marketing Manager for Orveda, your primary responsibility is to oversee Orveda's social media presence.
Strategic Development & Execution
- Design, align, and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that adheres to corporate branding and communication standards.
- Direct the Influencer Marketing initiatives for various campaigns, including the formulation of detailed briefs for social agencies.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee brand-managed social platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Red, and Douyin in collaboration with social agencies.
- Continuously analyze social media trends, market insights, and emerging platforms while gathering competitor intelligence.
- Conduct regular reviews of social platform performance, focusing on audience engagement and follower growth.
- Possess a solid understanding of social media metrics and industry benchmarks.
- Exhibit strong copywriting skills to guide social agencies in drafting and refining social content, coupled with a creative mindset to generate buzz for brand accounts.
- Maintain an in-house network of influencers for skincare brands.
KOL Management:
- Thoroughly understand the KOL/KOC landscape in China across all social platforms and develop effective KOL/KOC strategies.
- Assess, select, and manage KOL/KOC partnerships in collaboration with social agencies.
- Establish measurable standards for KOL/KOC performance to ensure the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate sustainable partnerships with paid social platforms, KOLs, and brand advocates for comprehensive social marketing management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment of campaign plans, quality execution, and timely delivery.
- Deeply understand KOL management tactics to drive traffic to both online and offline sales channels through social/KOL activities, and evaluate effectiveness using measurable KPIs.

ARE YOU A COTY FIT?
As an experienced Social Media & Influence Marketing Manager, you thrive in a dynamic, diverse, and international environment. Additionally, you:
- Have over 6 years of digital media experience with a strong focus on KOL/KOC and social media management.
- Preferably possess experience in the beauty industry, either in an agency or brand setting.
- Have experience managing social MCN agencies.
- Have practical experience in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms like Red, WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and Bilibili.
- Preferably have experience in other digital media channels, including EC media, Digital Display, Search, and offline OOH.
- Exhibit strong logical thinking skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written English.
