Senior Manager Human Resources, Retail, East Region

Job Mission:

  • Develop and implement integrated HR solutions to support adidas China east region retail business growth and team development.
  • Lead the Retail HR east region team and collaborate with HQ to provide best HR strategies and services to attract, develop, motivate, and retain talents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HQ to customize and drive Retail HR strategies implementation in the region.
  • Develop and implement regional HR initiatives according to business requirements.
  • Lead high-quality management of people topics, including performance management, succession planning, compensation review, recruitment management, and workforce planning.
  • Establish effective cooperation with labor agencies to ensure labor regulations compliance and resolve labor relation issues.
  • Maintain high-level communication with regional retail leadership and promote positive employee relations.
  • Build trusted relationships with store managers and employees for continuous development and engagement.
  • Source solutions to build skills and capabilities through effective partnership with HR COE communities.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to own team, fostering HR talent development.

Required Education and Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in HR function in international organizations with people manager experience in consumer/fashion industry
  • Experience in retail HR is a must
