About This Role

Molex is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and tools for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques and tools to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes and tools.

3. Conduct process verification and validation trials to ensure process repeatability and stability.

4. Develop and maintain work instructions, process flow layouts, and operator training programs.

5. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure smooth transition of new products to mass production.

6. Identify and escalate any technical or safety issues that may impact production.

7. Oversee and lead the requirements for sample builds to ensure product quality, yield, and cycle times meet expectations.

8. Coordinate and facilitate production readiness reviews to ensure alignment with Molex's NPI process.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing.

2. Strong understanding of lean and quality tools in a manufacturing environment.

3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and lateral thinking skills.

4. Good quality mindset and knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and medical device regulations.

5. Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
