About the Role

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly skilled Medical Strategy Manager to join our team. As a Medical Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing medical strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute medical strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of medical strategies
  • Provide medical expertise and support to internal customers
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and brand plans
  • Manage clinical trials and surveys to ensure high-quality data generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patients

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Medical doctor (physician) with experience in a specific disease area or broad medical background
  • Scientific expertise and clinical expertise
  • Healthcare landscape knowledge and insight
  • Drug development and data generation knowledge and insight
  • Stakeholder and customer engagement
  • Communication and influence skills
  • Business acumen
