Job Title: Supply Planning Director China

At Kenvue, we are seeking a highly experienced Supply Planning Director to lead our China operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply planning.
  • Oversee the execution of production planning, scheduling, and materials requirements planning processes and master data management.
  • Lead local SR review and provide input to regional SR review and the strategic planning process.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with production and procurement teams to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, ensuring recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain process.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in supply planning.
  • Understanding of plant operations.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
