We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Principal to lead our International School in Beijing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, developing student learning plans, and fostering effective communication between parents and faculty.

We are one of the pioneering international bilingual education providers in China, committed to offering students a well-rounded international education that combines Chinese and Western educational philosophies and best practices. With over 20 campuses across China, we provide Elementary, Middle, and High School departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the school's administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement student learning plans to ensure academic progress and success.
  • Arrange and conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to foster effective communication between parents and faculty.
  • Regularly send feedback letters to parents to keep them informed about their children's academic performance and progress.
  • Assist students with their university job applications to support their future career endeavors.
  • Coordinate the activities of foreign teachers, including organizing regular training and staff meetings.
  • Observe classes to ensure the quality of teaching by foreign teachers.
  • Organize student activities and collaborate with Sino-American projects to celebrate festivals with Chinese characteristics.
  • Assist with the recruitment publicity and arrange freshman entrance tests.
  • Take responsibility for teaching at least 1-2 courses to actively contribute to the academic program.

Requirements

  • Qualified as a principal recognized by the BC Department of Education.
  • Past work experience as principal or vice principal.
  • Proficient in using office software and able to use or learn multimedia devices quickly.
  • Excellent human relationship skills.
  • Deep understanding of Chinese and Western culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement.
