Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining the highest standards of retail excellence.



Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Business Development



  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead a high-performing team by providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Implement effective inventory management, buying strategies, and visual merchandising plans to maximize sales and minimize waste.


Operations and Process Excellence



  • Ensure seamless store operations, including daily opening/closing procedures, customer service standards, and employee conduct.
  • Streamline processes, optimize costs, and enhance retail efficiency through data-driven insights and process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects the Hermès brand values.
  • Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.


People Development and Engagement



  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivated team culture by promoting open communication, recognizing achievements, and addressing concerns.
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to develop employees' skills, knowledge, and career aspirations.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop talent pipelines, succession planning, and leadership development programs.


Customer Experience and Service Standards



  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring timely assistance, personalized experiences, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Empower employees to make decisions, take ownership, and demonstrate the Hermès brand values in all interactions.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.


Event Management and Communication



  • Work closely with the Communications team to plan, execute, and promote events, exhibitions, and brand activations that align with company objectives.
  • Ensure seamless event logistics, staff training, and customer engagement to deliver memorable experiences.
  • Promote the Hermès brand image, values, and products through professional representation and ambassadorship.


Requirements and Qualifications:

Educational Requirements and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., business administration, marketing, retail management).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant retail management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Passion for the Hermès brand, its history, and its values.


Compensation and Benefits


Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
