Business Development Manager, FSI

We are looking for a Business Development manager who is passionate about defining the FSI growth opportunities, crafting customer value and implementing partnership strategies with an objective to build new markets, develop NVIDIA technology solution offerings and achieve market leadership.
What you’ll be doing:
Engage FSI industry customers to develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical and business needs – and help to define and deliver high-value solutions that meet these needs.
Quantify the market opportunity, craft a strategy, define initiatives and outcomes, and orchestrate resources to achieve those outcomes. You must have the ability to analyze and segment market opportunities and develop strategic business plans around them.
Strategically partner with lighthouse customers and industry-specific application and other solution partners targeting our computing platform.
Be main central point for FSI ecosystem connection of influencers, system integrators, solution providers, start-ups, growth companies, and enterprises.
Lead a virtual team of technical, business, and marketing resources across NVIDIA and our business partners to drive mutual success.
Partner with geography sales teams to drive demand of our platform. You will need to codify the customer value proposition and define the core sales and marketing tools, and training.
Build partner and customer references and case studies.
Watch for and develop emerging use cases to help cultivate new vertical opportunities.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from a leading University, Master’s/MBA.
10+ years or meaningful work experience.
Deep knowledge and extensive experience of FSI industry business development and driving adoption and growth of a technology-based solutions.
Leverage success to foster community marketing & business development. Communicate and execute success stories working with campaign, corporate, & partner marketing teams.
Attend FSI industry events to represent NVIDIA and recruit and engage the ecosystem.
Strong account management and partnership experience and skills.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills are a crucial requirement. Candidates must work comfortably across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, marketing, executives), as well as external partners, customers, and content developers.
Strong understanding of FSI applications, datacenter servers, cloud services, and embedded and in-store devices.

Innovative and creative flair, yet able to follow operational process discipline.
