PepsiCo HSE Supervisor Role

At PepsiCo, we are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee the overall management of EHS related working of our plant. This key role will support and stimulate good EHS performance by providing and maintaining a framework of procedures, processes and training within the guidelines of PepsiCo and local governmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with PepsiCo OHS Policy, guidelines and standards;
  • Implement and maintain plant EHS guidelines, programs and processes;
  • Conduct EHS performance measurement, incident investigation, root cause analysis and reporting;
  • Identify plant hazards and risks, advise on impact and lead improvement programs;
  • Coordinate safety, health and environmental activities and ensure compliance with PepsiCo requirements and local regulations;
  • Conduct EHS inspections and audits based on PepsiCo EHS standards;
  • Assist line managers with EHS issues;
  • Stop unsafe behavior, coach and train employees and contractors;
  • Respond to internal and external EHS enquiries, complaints and application-related issues;
  • Focus on key EHS control points, such as LOTO, machine guard, fire control, permit to work, contractor management and waste treatment;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environment, Safety, Chemistry, engineering or related field;
  • Safety management qualification;
  • At least 3 years management-level experience;
  • Advanced knowledge of legal requirements and best practices regarding safety, health and environment;
  • Ability to work with different people and exert good organizational impact and confidence;
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with relevant authorities and other third parties;
  • Fluency in English, reading and writing;
  • Excellent leadership skills and good PC operation;
  • Possess high personal integrity and standards;
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
