Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Essential responsibilities and duties:
• As part of national legislation, guarantee the observance and the application of the Faurecia’s HSE Policy in the site;
The main missions of the role are:
• Assure Implementation of the sites’ HSE Policy and Occupational Health Policy;
• Organize HSE reviews and define Safe Operation Procedure, hazard assessment and risk evaluation;
• Organize and participate in the accident/incident analysis of the causes of the accident/incident. Participate in the development of prevention plans for all works that involve risks;
• Ensure the applicability of HSE tools and methods;
• Coordinate relevant internal and external inspection, ensure the compliance with HSE Regulations;
• Provide and/or assure all necessary HSE trainings, participate in the Faurecia HSE network, to ensure safe working environment and enhance safety and environment awareness;
• Participate in the new projects HSE reviews: equipment, process, layout. Make sure that there is a follow up of this action plan on a periodical and implement the measures;
• Take care about chemicals management, monitor occupational hazards, to ensure are in accordance with regulations;
• Take care about fire prevention, maintain firefighting equipment. Organize annual emergency evacuation drill. 
• Take care about Personal Protective Equipment(PPEs) adapted to the risks assessed/ Investigate and report industrial injury;
• ensure standards demanded by BOS documentation, IATF / ISO/ISO
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications : 
The ideal candidate will have/be:
o Education: College Degree or Above;
o Experience:至少3年大型制造业同岗位经验。
o Skills and competencies:
o Knowledge of HSE tools and methods-Skill
o Problem Diagnosis and analytic skills- Skill
o teamworking spirit- Skill
Language: Basic enginlish
The ideal candidate will have/be:
o Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialization in Health, Safety&Environment;
o Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in HSE in an industrial environment;

o Language: good English reading and written Skill
