About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Intelligence and Data Analysis
    • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics capabilities to support business strategy and operations.
    • Design and implement data visualization tools to facilitate business insights and decision making.
  • Platform Development and Strategy
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data-related innovative solutions and promote data-driven culture.
    • Lead the overall management of relevant data reporting projects, including requirement analysis, usage feedback tracking, and continuous optimization.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery and team growth.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and departments.
  • Technical Expertise and Innovation
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data analytics and business intelligence.
    • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Biostatistics, Finance, Life Science, or Computer Science.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
    • Experience in pharma or consulting provider multinational company is preferred.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
