Staff Engineer

At Infineon Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our FAE Application Center team. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and system competence growth within our IFX-OEM innovation center.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of modern electronic systems and their implementation in the innovative automotive market, focusing on AURIX and Traveo MCU.
- Provide technical solution and in-depth support directly to customers, with focus on automotive MCU and related applications.
- Drive projects of innovation center, having clear planning and agile execution of work packages as well as priority setting.
- Act as bridge between internally marketing, OBD, development organizations across regions, and externally customers and distributors, with profound stakeholder management to support strategy setting.
- Take ownership and strive for innovation in the field of new E/E architecture and xEV to deploy our product to system strategy.
- Foster cross-location technical know-how exchange and contribute to Infineon's global knowledge base including internal and external teaching.
- Prepare and conduct product/application level trainings to customers and our partners.
- Bachelor / Master Degree Major in EE, Automation Vehicle Engineering.
- Automotive working experience of embedded SW application with AURIX is preferred.
- Experience on xEV (Inverter, OBC/DCDC, BMS), ADAS, E/E Architecture etc. is preferred.
- Experience with AUTOSAR/MCAL, Functional Safety, Security is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting based customer support experience is must.
- Fluently speaking & writing in English and Chinese.
- High-level of self-discipline, initiative and proactive.
