China Fraud Risk Coordinator

The Anti-Fraud Team is responsible for identifying and investigating suspicious insurance claims and activities across all lines of business. Our goal is to mitigate AIG China's fraud risk and protect our customers.
About the RoleThe Anti-Fraud Coordinator will administer referrals of suspicious claims from the China claims team and manage Fraud Risk Policy Reporting requirements. This role will engage with key business stakeholders to mitigate AIG China's fraud risk.
Key Responsibilities- Instruct and manage third-party vendors to investigate suspicious insurance claims and activities.
- Obtain and preserve physical and documentary evidence to support investigations.
- Coordinate investigative techniques and resources, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Produce reports based on evidential findings and summary of outcomes.
- Provide adjusters with necessary information to progress claims.
- Maintain Fraud Management Systems to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with insurers, claimants, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
- Support the development of internal anti-fraud policies, systems, and procedures.
- Conduct regular fraud risk assessments and evaluate potential fraud risks.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Demonstrated experience in insurance or fraud investigations.
- Basic understanding of insurance investigation techniques and fraud trends.
- Ability to contribute and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Awareness of local laws regarding information gathering.
- PC skills and experience with investigation technologies and systems.
- Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
- Strong work habits focusing on safety, quality, productivity, risk, and compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
