About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Risk Officer to join our Global Anti-Fraud & Digital Forensics team in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting and executing fraud cases, working closely with stakeholders across the APMM Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead regional assigned fraud cases, from initial contact to case conclusion.
  • Conduct and prepare interviews as part of the investigation process.
  • Prepare presentations and present findings to regional stakeholders.
  • Set and scope potential forensic assignments in collaboration with the AF/DF team.
  • Work with specialized forensic software, such as Nuix Investigator platform.
  • Use and manage APMM's global whistleblower system.
  • Provide inputs into GIA's annual fraud plan, KPIs, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Document and review the adequacy of systems of internal control.
  • Provide input and prepare material for APMM Audit Committee.
  • Liaise with external service providers and government/public authorities.
  • Collaborate with the global AF/DF team on all fraud-related matters.
  • Orchestrate and provide inputs to relevant fraud awareness matters and lead/participate in training sessions.
  • Provide input into organization policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (verbally and in writing).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior analytical and organizational skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and take ownership of designated areas.
  • High level of collaboration in cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Able to exhibit sensitivity to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Law, Accounting, Audit, Economics, Finance, or other relevant background.
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in a larger corporate entity, consultancy, or governmental agency.
  • Experience working in shipping, logistics, transport, and service is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
