As a Senior Wealth Planning Manager at HSBC, you will be responsible for leading a team of Personal Wealth Planners to implement customer and sales strategies. Your expertise in sales, customer relationship management, and team leadership will be essential in driving business growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Personal Wealth Planners to implement customer and sales strategies
  • Develop and deliver sales coaching, sales skills seminars, and product/proposition knowledge engagements to enhance team performance
  • Build and maintain a customer-oriented team culture, with a focus on quality sales delivery and best-in-class customer relationship management practices
  • Establish and manage activity and performance management expectations for the team, identifying and addressing performance gaps and providing performance updates to top management
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and capture investment & insurance (I&I) business opportunities, leveraging financial planning methodology to ensure fair outcomes for all types of customers
  • Cultivate a collaborative culture within the team and across the broader organization, ensuring self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meet HSBC standards and procedures
Requirements:
  • University degree or above in business administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-8 years sales, customer relationship management, and team-leading experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong coaching skills and business acumen
  • Proven ability to deliver and drive outstanding customer experiences and build lasting customer relationships
  • Highly motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work effectively and independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and basic knowledge of English
