The IAP Growth TeamThe IAP Growth Team at AppLovin develops and sustains partnerships with mobile game advertisers. Our team members possess strong negotiation skills, a deep knowledge of industry trends, and market analyses. We transform new opportunities into long-term relationships and sustainable revenues.
Responsibilities- Develop high-impact relationships with mobile game publishers to build business partnerships and support company growth.
- Identify prospects, generate sales leads, negotiate, and close new business through various channels.
- Perform extensive and accurate research and data analyses to inform business decisions.
- Network at industry events and meet-ups to build business relationships and partnerships.
- Liaise with internal technical and operation teams to address publisher-focused technical queries and provide customer support.
- Stay up-to-date with the mobile advertising landscape and leverage competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales/Account Management/Analyst role, preferably in mobile advertising, gaming, or a relevant industry.
- Exceptional client management skills with a proven track record of business/client retention and growth.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of industry issues and a vision for growth and scaling AppLovin's position in the industry.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- High-level written and oral communication skills in English.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Passion for mobile and computer games, with a willingness to work with game publishers.
- Proven interest and experience in the mobile or gaming markets, with a willingness to interface with developers.
