About the Role:

This role is part of our CORE and Reservation department, reporting into the Revenue Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling the resort and providing information to prospective guests, capturing sales from incoming calls, and coordinating details of each reservation to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling the resort and providing information to prospective guests.
• To capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest's satisfaction.
• To colorfully describe the guestrooms and upsell whenever possible to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant-related field or other equivalent experience is required.
• Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.
• Requires basic computer skills for online training.
• Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language.
• Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively.
• Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position.
• The working hours will primarily be departmental, with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
