About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our CORE and Reservation department as a Reservations and Sales Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for selling our resort and providing exceptional information to prospective guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell the resort and provide information to prospective guests to capture sales and coordinate details of each reservation.
- Describe guestrooms and upsell whenever possible to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Process all reservation requests accurately and understand market segmentation.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving customer complaints.
What You Bring:
- Minimum one year of administrative experience in a hospitality or restaurant-related field or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of computer equipment, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.
- Basic computer skills for online training.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Chinese.

Schedule & Hours:
- This is a full-time position.
- Working hours will primarily be departmental, with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
