Service Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Representative to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, acquiring new sales orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales revenue
- Acquire new sales orders through various channels, including sales networks and competitive bidding
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability
- Utilize internal sales tools to track project progress and estimate performance metrics
- Negotiate sales agreements and collect payments in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales colleagues and field technicians to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably in business or engineering
- Proven sales experience in a technical service industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong self-motivation and accountability
- Clear goals and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, process-driven organization
