Senior Account Representative

Beijing Century Joyo Courier Service Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic sellers, providing international logistics services solutions through our global network.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop strategic sellers with high potential for growth
- Ensure high customer service for all Amazon export volume and related sellers
- Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including solution selling against established target lists
- Work closely with other teams to drive adoption
- Manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists
- Demonstrate strong ability to identify potential risks or issues within projects while proactively assessing the project landscape, identifying potential obstacles or challenges, and driving the optimization of products
- Over 5 years of sales, business development, or proven experience in project management in sales/marketing environment of logistics (preferred in import/export freight forwarding field)
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Superior oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with an innate attention to detail
- Spoken language from the region would be a plus
- Analytical skills using Excel would be a plus
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Bachelor Degree required, MBA/PMP preferred
