About the Role

This role is part of the CORE and Reservation department, reporting into Revenue Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for selling the resort and providing information to prospective guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the resort and provide information to prospective guests to capture sales and coordinate details of each reservation.
  • Describe guestrooms and upsell whenever possible to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Process all reservation requests accurately and understand market segmentation.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant-related field.
  • Knowledge of computer equipment, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs.
  • Basic computer skills for online training.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Chinese language.

Schedule and Hours
  • This is a full-time position.
  • The working hours will primarily be departmental, with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
