Specialist in Airfreight Process Implementation

Position Overview

The role is pivotal in facilitating the TANGO Air deployment across the Greater China region. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and documenting existing processes, developing target processes, and pinpointing gaps while defining necessary changes. The implementation of these changes will be managed in alignment with the current regional and country business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document and analyze current operational processes.
  • Implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Define interdependencies and handover protocols for processes.
  • Develop and sustain the business case for the country.
  • Collaborate with the controlling team to ensure that business benefits are realized through TANGO deployment.
  • Provide accurate progress updates to the Deployment Controller.
  • Ensure compliance with TANGO processes and manage follow-ups on change proposals and clarifications.
  • Design and execute test scenarios and cases.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for TANGO and other applications.
  • Maintain and prepare Master Data for TANGO.
  • Coordinate master data management on a global scale.
  • Establish and enforce data governance and compliance policies.
  • Gather and refine master data necessary for TANGO setup.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for all TANGO-related stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of operational processes and proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
  • In-depth knowledge of air freight operations.
  • Expertise in process modeling.
  • Ability to prepare effective training materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong motivational abilities.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in natural sciences, computer science, business, or a related field.
