Position Overview

The purpose of this role is to support the deployment of TANGO Air within the Greater China region. This position is crucial in ensuring that existing workflows are accurately captured and that new target processes are designed and documented effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document current operational processes.
  • Implement necessary changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify interdependencies between processes and establish clear handover protocols.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases for the region.
  • Collaborate with the controlling team to ensure that the benefits of TANGO deployment are realized.
  • Provide accurate progress updates to the Deployment Controller.
  • Work closely with the Joint TANGO Team to ensure compliance with TANGO processes and manage change proposals, defects, and clarifications.
  • Design and execute test scenarios and cases.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for TANGO and other applications, ensuring alignment with target processes.
  • Prepare and manage Master Data for TANGO.
  • Coordinate master data management efforts across the region.
  • Establish and implement data governance and compliance policies.
  • Gather and cleanse master data necessary for TANGO setup.
  • Plan and deliver training sessions and materials for all stakeholders involved with TANGO.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of processes and proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
  • In-depth knowledge of air freight operations.
  • Expertise in process modeling.
  • Effective training skills with knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Ability to create training materials and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and rhetoric.
  • Strong motivational abilities.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to articulate ideas, rules, and workflows clearly.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in natural sciences, computer science, business, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
