Logistics Coordinator

At DuPont, we are committed to delivering sustainable solutions that bring real purpose and value. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Log WH Technician to join our team.
Job Summary:The Site Log WH Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safe storage of chemicals in our warehouse, adhering to national and company regulations. This role will also involve completing daily tasks, such as receiving and shipping goods, and maintaining accurate system data and inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for material and finished goods movement and quantity verification in SAP, including purchased materials, imported materials, produced goods, and imported goods.
- Responsible for receiving and moving imported goods in SAP.
- Responsible for handling material request forms in SAP.
- Responsible for verifying sales return and exchange data, moving goods in SAP, and locking batch numbers.
- Responsible for receiving TO documents on time.
- Responsible for monthly inventory counting of finished goods, materials, and valuable items.
- Responsible for monthly warehouse workload statistics, including material issuance, material receipt, finished goods domestic shipment, finished goods export, finished goods relabeling, finished goods receipt, and transfer quantities and averages.
- Responsible for following up on warehouse-related matters with external warehouses.
- Responsible for organizing and archiving warehouse files, managing expiration dates, and destroying expired files.
- Responsible for registering the entry and exit of toxic chemicals, sulfuric acid, and hydrochloric acid.
- Responsible for procuring cleaning supplies, living supplies, office supplies, and managing emergency boxes.
- Lead or assist in warehouse improvement projects and other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, any major.
- Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, with good language communication and expression skills, and a strong team spirit.
- Language skills: Fluent in Mandarin, with a basic level of English.
- Core abilities and professional abilities:
- Familiarity with warehouse operation processes.
- Basic statistical concepts.
- Office software: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Physical health, strong stress resistance.
