Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nutrition Executive to join our team in a regional sales and marketing role. As a key member of our nutrition team, you will be responsible for promoting our new products in the region, achieving sales targets, and developing customer plans and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional customer plans and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collect and provide timely market information and insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products and projects.
  • Organize and participate in internal and external training meetings to ensure sales representatives and customers are familiar with product knowledge and selling points.
  • Manage and monitor the input of new products, controlling ROI reasonably.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (bachelor's or master's) in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the OTC or FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity and a positive attitude.
