Job Summary

To build and maintain the training and education infrastructure in the region, supporting the delivery of product and sales training for Straumann Group's implant portfolio. Ensure that local training and education needs are fulfilled, focusing on the quality and effectiveness of courses, implementation of planned courses, resource planning, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement internal training and customer education programs according to plan, working closely with the marketing and sales organization.
• Develop and implement internal training and customer education programs for the implant portfolio, following Straumann Group's curriculum, in response to new product launches and sales cycles.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate internal training and customer education activities in the region.
• Create content for internal training and sales support, including equipment development and presentation material adaptation.
• Adapt sales training and demonstration materials for the implant portfolio.
• Contribute to the development of the education curriculum for customer trainings in the country.
• Develop content for customer training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and speakers, working together with senior management.
• Serve as the technical main contact person for corporate customers, universities, and local trainers in the market.

Requirements

• Dental degree or diploma.
• Familiarity with implantology and implant solutions.
• Experience in setting up course systems for product lines and organizing seminars, training, or similar events.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with different customer segments (KOLs, dental practitioners, dental technicians, sales people).
• Good English and Mandarin language skills.
• Strong result orientation and business sense, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and listening skills.
