About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Training Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training plans and programs to meet the learning needs of our retail staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training support to our retail teams to drive business performance and improve customer experience
  • Develop and track training efficiency through key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain and optimize our retail training structure to ensure clustered learning curriculums fit business needs
Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with Retail Operations leaders to drive retail performance and provide training suggestions
  • Coordinate with Retail Operations, Retail HR, Product Marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and resource acquisition
Training Management
  • Utilize proper learning methods to optimize the learning experience
  • Develop training KPIs and processes for evaluating training delivery quality and effectiveness
People Management
  • Performance management of direct reports; review and evaluate performance
  • Improve direct reports' capabilities on both soft skills and functional skills
Educational Background and Requirements
  • At least 6-8 years' experience in training development and delivery
  • Experience in apparel retail or fast fashion is preferred

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
