Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cashier to join our team at Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial information, as well as assisting in the inventory management and maintenance of hotel operating equipment and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with hotel, company, and local rules, policies, and regulations related to financial record keeping, money handling, and licensing.
  • Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.
  • Verify daily noted payments and ensure adequate supply of house funds and small change for all Office Clerks-Cashiers.
  • Count and verify cash, checks, and credit card vouchers with a witness and compare to the Front office Clerks-Cashiers' computerized remittance report details.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English.
