About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Vacation Experience Coordinator to join our team in Yancheng. As a key member of our Sales Administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategic alliance contract tracking, including internal workflow management, contract publication and archiving, and reminder notifications;
- Coordinating and arranging sales department meetings to ensure seamless business operations; preparing meeting materials and supporting documentation, taking minutes, and following up on action items;
- Reviewing and entering all sales-related contracts for accuracy;
- Providing administrative support to the China Sales Team, including maintaining internal and external communication records, expense reports, office activities, and other tasks as required;
- Supporting simple translation work under the guidance of departmental policies.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in Chinese language is highly desirable.
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is RMB 200,000 - RMB 300,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
