Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our Smart Cabin Development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Smart Cabin Development project from initiation to closure, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, risk management strategies, and change management processes to ensure project success.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  5. Collaborate with project managers to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as automotive engineering, electronics, computer science, or software engineering.
  2. Fluent English language skills.
  3. Proven experience in managing complex projects, including software development and hardware integration.
  4. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience with project management tools.
  5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  6. Familiarity with industry standards, such as 16949 and ASIPCE.
  7. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and priorities.

Additional Information

This role is based in Shanghai, China, and requires frequent travel to other locations within China and internationally.
