Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ADAS/AV Project Management Specialist to enhance our dynamic team focused on Local Project & Product Execution. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background in the automotive sector, coupled with strong engineering skills, customer engagement experience, and adept project management capabilities. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the forefront of the Automated Driving sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison and project overseer for ADAS and autonomous driving initiatives.
  • Direct internal and external development processes, ensuring seamless integration, rigorous testing, thorough validation, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee project schedules, monitor progress, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and uphold quality standards.
  • Coordinate activities and resources for the autonomous vehicle project execution team.
  • Promote collaboration among various teams, including local branches, headquarters, OEM partners, and suppliers.
  • Quickly address and resolve technical specifications and requirements.
  • Engage in regular client interactions to maintain effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in technical and/or project management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years focused on ADAS and AV project management or validation.
  • Experience managing technical production teams in ADAS and AV projects.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in managing automotive ECU production projects, with knowledge of ASPICE, CMMI, IATF16949, and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Exceptional customer interaction skills and a readiness to travel frequently.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and practical skills.
  • Familiarity with vehicle electrical engineering and associated tools (CAN, Flexray, Ethernet, diagnostics, testing).
  • Experience in ECU development, validation, and integration of hardware and software components.
  • Valid C1/C2 driver's license.
  • Prior experience in ADAS and AV development and testing is advantageous.
  • Previous collaboration with Mobileye is a plus.
