Senior Regional Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Expansion Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and developing business in assigned markets and accounts by selling and executing planned territory initiatives and effectively coaching frontline sales teams for improved execution.
Key Responsibilities
Selling and Merchandising
- Sell new products, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to key accounts and distributors.
- Ensure 'Gold Merchandising Standard' (GMS) compliance level in the territory.
- Discuss and provide a list of potential accounts that can be made direct service from the DC.
- Open new A&B stores to expand the footprint in the territory.
- Escalate key account execution issues and non-compliance for AU support.
Coaching
- Work with the MD in the market to coach and provide one-on-one feedback.
- Conduct effective weekly meetings with the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with some experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Experience in developing new business and turnaround, as well as stable large business.
- College degree or above.
- Strong negotiation skills and professional selling skills.
- Sales planning and time management.
- Strong data analysis skills preferred.
- Strong execution and team player.
- Passionate and quick learner.
- Mandarin and English (preferred if have English capability).
- Good computer skills.
