Job Overview

As a key member of the PepsiCo team, the Regional Business Development Manager - Sr TDS will be responsible for growing and developing business in assigned markets and accounts by selling and executing planned territory initiatives. This role will also involve effectively coaching the frontline sales team for improved execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in the quick consumer goods industry. They will be able to develop new business and turnaround stable large business, with a college degree or above.

Responsibilities

Selling & Merchandising

  • Sell new product, promotions and merchandising initiatives to key accounts and distributors.
  • Ensure 'Gold Merchandising Standard' compliance level in the territory.
  • Discuss and provide the Accounts Union with a potential list of accounts that can be made direct service from DC.
  • Open new A&B stores to expand the footprint in the territory.
  • Escalate key account execution issues and non-compliance for AU support.

Coaching

  • Work with the Market Development team to coach and provide one-on-one feedback to the sales team.
  • Conduct effective weekly meetings with the team.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales experience, with a background in the quick consumer goods industry.
  • Ability to develop new business and turnaround stable large business.
  • College degree or above.
  • Strong negotiation skills and professional selling skills.
  • Sales planning and time management.
  • Strong data analysis skills preferred.
  • Strong execution and team player.
  • Passionate and quick learner.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (preferred if English capability is available).
  • Good computer skills.
