About the Role:
As a Regional Key Customer Group Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will play a critical role in driving market access and strategic development for our innovative products. Located in Jinan, Shandong Province, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional market access strategies to ensure seamless product launches and sustained growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales plans, drive business results, and evaluate project effectiveness.
- Promote innovation and patient-centricity through proactive engagement with key stakeholders, including hospitals, physicians, and payers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies, ensuring a risk-free environment for all parties involved.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record of success in market access, sales, or key account management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in medical sales, marketing, or key account management, with a proven ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
