About the Role:

As a Regional Key Customer Group Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will play a critical role in driving market access and strategic development for our innovative products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional market access strategies to ensure seamless product launches and sustained growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales plans, drive business results, and evaluate project effectiveness.
  • Promote innovation and patient-centricity through proactive engagement with key stakeholders, including hospitals, physicians, and payers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies, ensuring a risk-free environment for all parties involved.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of success in market access, sales, or key account management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical sales, marketing, or key account management, with a proven ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
