Job Title: Secondary Production Lead

At Straumann Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secondary Production Lead to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of our secondary production team, ensuring that all production processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the secondary production team, ensuring that all production processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and procedures to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are reported and addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as quality and maintenance, to ensure that production processes are optimized and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and productivity enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
