As a Product Commercialization Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful launch of new products and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborating across various departments such as Operations, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Customer Service, and Procurement to facilitate effective project commercialization.
- Ensuring seamless internal coordination for new product launches and promotional items, guaranteeing timely delivery of products to market.
- Assisting the Sales Manager in refining the commercialization process to align with customer expectations for agility and responsiveness.
- Managing projects by establishing timelines, coordinating cross-functional team resources, conducting regular meetings, and identifying potential risks while developing mitigation strategies.
- Building strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders through effective communication, while escalating issues to the leadership team when necessary.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service within the B2B Food Industry.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
- Experience working with Key Accounts is a plus.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong self-motivation and a sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Basic English proficiency is required.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
