As a Product Commercialization Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful launch of new products and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborating across various departments such as Operations, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Customer Service, and Procurement to facilitate effective project commercialization.
  • Ensuring seamless internal coordination for new product launches and promotional items, guaranteeing timely delivery of products to market.
  • Assisting the Sales Manager in refining the commercialization process to align with customer expectations for agility and responsiveness.
  • Managing projects by establishing timelines, coordinating cross-functional team resources, conducting regular meetings, and identifying potential risks while developing mitigation strategies.
  • Building strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders through effective communication, while escalating issues to the leadership team when necessary.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service within the B2B Food Industry.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Key Accounts is a plus.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong self-motivation and a sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Basic English proficiency is required.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
