Marketing Commercialization Lead

This is a leadership role responsible for driving the development and commercialization of Pest Control sub-category products through effective marketing communication strategies, product development, and market engagement.
Responsibilities- Manage the subcategory business P&L by coordinating with cross-functional teams to collect channel requests, monitor performance, analyze business data, and track feedback.
- Work closely with sales, channel, media, supply chain, and other departments to drive gross sales and market share growth.
- Develop innovations on time (OTIF) by communicating closely with cross-categories and global headquarters while understanding consumer insights, brand vision, positioning, and business targets.
- Oversee and manage sub-category brand content delivery, including global content adaptation and local content production, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Optimize current portfolio DPM via efficient communication with CMKT, Sales, Finance, and SC teams to deliver future roadmaps.
- Initiate business-driven communication strategies and plans to deliver brand and product messages, meeting media and business KPIs, working with Media and agency teams to allocate budget phasing and KPI settings.
- Set brand guidelines for local-owned media content, social media, and KOL/KOC content, requiring deep familiarity with competitors, consumer insights, and category benchmarks.
- Socialize storytelling for products, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and virality.
- Analyze key social platforms, particularly RED and TikTok, to deliver innovative ideas and strategies for improving media efficiency.
- Collaborate and influence across the organization to drive integrated marketing communications (IMC) results and achieve brand goals, interacting with cross-functional teams.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in FMCG NPD & IMC Marketing.
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree.
- Strategic mindset, understanding strategic and tactical business aspects.
- Ability to manage up and across the organization.
- Multi-function and multi-tasking abilities.
- Diligent execution management with keen attention to details.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Leadership ownership and solid knowledge of current social environment and internet technologies.
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Full-time work with expected overtime.
- Up to 10% travel within the country.
Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and qualifications. The exact salary will be discussed during the hiring process.
