About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Shanghai, China as part of our Global Internship Program.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting logistics-specific departmental activities, including review and maintenance of documentation on China import/export requirements, provision of administrative and analytical support, and monitoring of public email inboxes. The role also involves tracking the validity of certificates and confirming renewal needs with the lab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain documentation on China import/export requirements
  • Provide administrative and analytical support in day-to-day logistics specific departmental activities
  • Assist in following up with transportation vendors and internal stakeholders on inquiries, if necessary
  • Enter material information into the E-smart customs system, including supplementary entries for old materials and updating related product information
  • Monitor the public email inbox and notify the corresponding RIC personnel if it involves reagent imports
  • Manage and track the validity of certificates, confirming with the lab before expiration whether renewal is needed
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess a university degree in supply chain and logistics major. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to organize data and documents effectively, and have a proactive mindset when resolving issues.
