Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in our project team, working closely with our Project Directors and Senior Estimators to provide professional QS services before and after contract signing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pre-contract cost estimates and project cash flow;
  • Prepare tender documents;
  • Conduct tendering and evaluation work;
  • Post-contract management: contract file progress payment valuation changes and cost control reports;
  • Complete project final settlement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of measurement and cost estimation, construction technology, and law;
  • Understanding and familiarity with professional conventions and contract management procedures;
  • Teamwork spirit;
  • Recognized university degree in construction, building engineering, measurement, or equivalent;
  • BS in HVAC, Building Environment and Equipment, or equivalent;
  • BS in Electrical Engineering and Automation, or equivalent;
  • Associate degree or above, 2-3 years of QS-related work experience.
