Quantity Surveyor Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with project estimators and teams to provide professional QS services before and after contract signing.
Key Accountabilities:
• Assist in preparing pre-contract cost estimates;
• Assist in preparing bidding documents and tender evaluations;
• Assist in conducting bidding work and evaluating tenders;
• Assist in cost contract management: contract file progress payment estimates, changes, and cost control reports;
• Assist in completing project final settlements.
Requirements:
• Familiarity with basic technical knowledge of measurement, costing, and contract technology;
• Familiarity with professional practices and contract management procedures;
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, quantity surveying, or related fields;
• Relevant experience or recent graduates are preferred.
