Product Safety Manager

The Role

  • Ensure customer complaint and safety information is handled in compliance with NN SOPs and regulations.
  • Ensure safety activities are processed in compliance with Chinese regulation and NN SOPs.
  • Provide sufficient and efficient safety trainings for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in clinical medicine, pharmacy, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field, such as medical devices or healthcare.
  • Minimum 5 years in pharmacovigilance function.
  • Familiarity with China, EU, and ICH pharmacovigilance legislation.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Pressure management.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in written and oral English.

About the Department

In CMRQ (Clinical Medical Regulatory and Quality), we're committed to bringing our products to the Chinese market with the fastest speed and top quality, and applying the most scientific way to communicate our products' benefits to our customers. We have 6 teams in CMRQ, each with a specific goal: portfolio evaluation and overall strategy; new product approval, license maintenance, product localization; clinical evidence trial operation Phase (I-IV, NIS); multiple stakeholders' engagement (HA/KOLs/investigators) and medical evidence generation/communication.
