Job Title: Product Manager IBD

Siemens Healthineers Digital Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager IBD to join our team. As a Product Manager IBD, you will be responsible for managing IBD product management processes to drive business revenue and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IBD product management processes to drive business revenue and market growth.
  • Develop market and customer-oriented marketing strategies, offerings, and communication methods for install base business.
  • Develop new services and opportunities, rollout, and implementation in the country product management.
  • Launch special campaigns within the service environment.
  • Consolidate and convert all required information for the IBD price book for the local market and prepare contract proposal and quotation.
  • Support sales: support to the local sales organization, product manager, ensure technical collaboration and knowledge transfer during sales offers and projects.
  • Support the field force in any specific issues related to install base business, inform the field about developments, strategies, and market programs, comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare.
  • Cooperate with CRM product marketing to design appropriate POS solution for supporting product market share growth and customer loyalty.
  • Fulfill other tasks assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in marketing and product management, knowledge about clinical applications or technical knowledge; marketing or sales role in equipment side or service side, experience in service marketing is preferred, knowledge about IT, internet technology, etc.
  • Bachelor degree (or above) with major in medical science, biomedical engineering, good command of English.
