Job Title: Product Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Sales Manager to join our team at DBS Bank. As a Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the cash management and trade finance portfolio to deliver revenue targets and KPIs that meet the overall GTS business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Relationship Managers to develop and execute account plans that meet customer segment targets.
  • Collaborate with the GTS Product, GTS Implementation, T&O, and relevant stakeholders to deliver agreed solutions to customers.
  • Identify market requirements and opportunities, and translate them into business requirements.
  • Penetrate existing clients to increase DBS' share of wallet.
  • Develop a strong pipeline to meet revenue targets, with a wide range of deals covering every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Accelerate closure of pipeline deals through aggressive sales techniques to capture revenue quickly.
  • Gain the respect and trust of the BU community as a professional sales manager to generate referrals and new leads.
  • Conduct presentations to internal and external customers.
  • Work with other BUs to structure cash or trade solutions for customers to achieve greater share of customers' wallet size.
  • Actively sell GTS products and services to corporate customers in China.
  • Help establish and maintain communication channels to Relationship Managers for new product launch, product update, promotions, quick tips, and success stories sharing.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant banking experience in China.
  • Cash management and trade finance sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage.
  • Experience on covering Western MNC clients is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients both internal and external.
  • In-depth knowledge of trade-related products in the China market.
  • Good knowledge of banking in China.
  • Knowledge and experience in global transaction services.
