Job Summary

Cisco is seeking a highly skilled Product Sales Specialist to develop and execute a strategic plan for IP & Optical transport solutions that exceeds revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership, with a strong understanding of technology data center solutions, network virtualization, and service provider transport technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for IP & Optical transport solutions
  • Build and define sales strategy for a given geographic or market segment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive sales activity and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with Cisco account teams to effectively package, price, and present cloud solutions to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, high-technology environment
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience selling technology data center solutions, network virtualization technology, and service provider transport technology
  • Strong business planning skills and ability to work effectively in a large, matrixed organization
