We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank AIIB.
Job DescriptionIn this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance (MCDF) Program Team in assessing technical assistance proposals from Implementing Partners.
- Support the MCDF Program Team with the assessment of technical assistance proposals submitted by Implementing Partners for project preparation, capacity building, or knowledge product creation.
- Oversight and maintenance of the MCDF pipeline, coordinating with Implementing Partners, and matching the pipeline with available resources from the Finance Facility.
- Monitor and report on approved technical assistance proposals, preparing pipeline reviews and reports for submission to the MCDF Governing Bodies.
Additionally, you will prepare programming and monitoring policies, operational modalities, funding priorities, and project selection criteria for review and approval by the MCDF Governing Bodies.
As a Senior Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will work closely with developing country clients, Implementing Partners, co-financiers, private sector companies, public sector agencies, media, and other stakeholders to ensure effective relationship management.
You will also assist with the accreditation of candidate implementing partners, chair consultations, workshops, and information exchange among Implementing Partners to strengthen the MCDF pipeline.
Lastly, you will compile annual work programs for the Program Team, in coordination with other teams within the MCDF Secretariat.
