Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Technologist to join our team at ExxonMobil Shanghai Technology Center (STC). As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for sample delivery, preparation, and testing, ensuring data accuracy and traceability. You will also be responsible for equipment maintenance, including calibration, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities- Fully comply with all company policies, including safety, control, and data integrity.

- Responsible for equipment maintenance, including calibration, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Closely collaborate with application development engineers and research scientists, participating in technical projects.
- Perform other tasks relevant to the job.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science.
- 0-3 years of working experience preferred.
- Enthusiastic, team player, self-motivated, and patient individual with strong logic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and write reports in English and communicate orally.
