About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Compliance Analyst to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our investment activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain complex rules and validation processes using our compliance engine.
  • Monitor fund activity and identify potential compliance issues.
  • Investigate and document violations, and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client contracts and investment guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of compliance-related information.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management, with experience in investment compliance monitoring systems.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
