Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our industrial process team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and quality in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Lead process workshops and training sessions to educate colleagues on new processes and technologies
  • Conduct benchmarking and make-or-buy analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standards
  • Collaborate with global teams and regions to implement process improvements

Requirements

  • Academic degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process development or manufacturing engineering
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • German or French language skills a plus
