Lead Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Creative Director to join our team at Riot Games. As a key member of our art direction department, you will be responsible for leading multi-discipline teams to produce high-quality game content.
Responsibilities- Translate creative briefs into compelling concepts that achieve product goals and present them to Product Leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams of artists, producers, and designers to create engaging game experiences.
- Review and provide feedback on content produced by internal and external teams to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with Teamfight Tactics and League of Legends teams to develop IP strategy and thematic consistency.
- Develop and maintain style guides, documentation, and work systems to support team efficiency and effectiveness.
- 8+ years of experience in 3D art or related fields, preferably in games or entertainment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to act as an ambassador for art direction within the team.
- Proficiency in Maya, Photoshop, and Unity, with expertise in working with artists who use these tools.
- Ability to enforce style guides and drive documentation creation in collaboration with the Teamfight Tactics team.
- Deep understanding of Teamfight Tactics or League of Legends IP, as well as knowledge of competitors in the China market.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Expertise in modeling, sculpting, and texturing programs such as Zbrush, Substance Painter, and Maya.
- Able to establish art pipelines and set up vendors for content creation.
