A Day in the Life

As a key member of the Medtronic team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's global brand positioning, brand strategy, and strategic communication frameworks. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing the brand identity system, brand tools, and resources to drive consistent and common approaches across the enterprise.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and implementing global brand positioning, brand strategy, and strategic communication frameworks enterprise-wide.
  • Creating and managing the brand identity system, brand tools, and resources to drive consistency and common approaches.
  • Building and managing the infrastructure and tools to support brand excellence globally, including systems, policies, and guidelines.
  • Establishing effective methods for auditing, reviewing, and educating others on the application of the brand.
  • Conducting research to evaluate Medtronic reputation, brand strength, and creative concept impact on stakeholders.
  • Assessing potential positioning and brand strategies through research.
